Salon & Spa Policies

• Gift cards must be presented at time of service.
• Spada Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
• Gift cards have no cash value, may not be converted to credit, and are nontransferable.
• Gift cards are not redeemable after the expiration date.

Our 24-hour cancellation policy requires all appointments to be held either by a credit card or a Spada Salon & Day Spa gift card. If you cancel an appointment without giving us at least 24 hours notice, we will charge you for 50% of the cost of the appointment. No call/no show will result in 100% charge. Your consideration and understanding is much appreciated.
